Financial Terms & Payment Policy

At International Council – Lebanon, we maintain a clear and fair policy to ensure transparency and trust in our programs, training and professional development programs.

By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments — whether made in full or through installments — are strictly non-refundable.
This policy reflects:

• The enrollment is of limited seats
• The administrative work initiated upon enrollment or service inquiry
• The accessibility of detailed program information and free pre-registration opportunities

2. Binding Payment Obligations
When a candidate opts for a payment plan or installment schedule, the full agreed-upon amount is considered contractually due and non-cancellable after commitment, even in the event of early withdrawal or discontinuation.

3. Informed Enrollment
Before registering or inquiry submissions, candidates are:

• Invited to attend free seminars, webinars, or orientation sessions
• Provided with full details and support for any clarifications

4. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any claims, disputes, or disagreements arising out of or in connection with our services or programs shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Beirut, Lebanon, and the proceedings conducted in English.

Candidates may choose to opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of enrollment, by providing written notice to ICArb by email or Whatsapp. If no such notice is received, arbitration shall be the sole and binding method of dispute resolution.

الشروط المالية وسياسة الدفع

في مكتب الاستشاري الدولي – انترناشونال كاونسيل لبنان، نحرص على اعتماد سياسة واضحة وعادلة لضمان الشفافية وبناء الثقة في جميع خدماتنا و برامجنا .

وبمجرد التسجيل في أي من برامجنا أو طلب خدمات مختلفة، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط التالية:

1. المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد
جميع المدفوعات — سواء كانت كاملة أو على دفعات — تُعتبر غير قابلة للاسترداد نهائيًا.
وتأتي هذه السياسة استنادًا إلى:

• حجز المقاعد المحدودة فور التسجيل
• بدء الإجراءات الإدارية والتجهيزية بعد الدفع مباشرة
• توفير كافة المعلومات التفصيلية مسبقًا، بالإضافة إلى فرص مجانية للتعرف على البرامج و الخدمات المختلفة قبل طلب الخدمة أو التسجيل

2. التزامات الدفع الملزمة
عند اختيار خطة دفع بالأقساط، يُعتبر المبلغ الكامل ملزمًا تعاقديًا ويجب تسديده كاملًا، حتى في حال الانسحاب من البرنامج أو التوقف عن المتابعة، ما لم يصدر استثناء خطي من الإدارة.

3. التسجيل عن دراية واطلاع
ندعو جميع المتقدّمين و المتعاملين قبل التسجيل أو طلب الخدمات المختلفة إلى:

• حضور الندوات والجلسات التعريفية المجانية
• مراجعة جميع المعلومات والمحتويات المتعلقة بالخدمات والبرنامج
• التواصل معنا مباشرة لأي استفسارات قبل اتخاذ قرار الدفع

4. الاختصاص القضائي وتسوية النزاعات
يُتفق على أن أي نزاعات أو مطالبات تنشأ عن الخدمات المطلوبة أو التسجيل في برامجنا أو تتعلق بها، سيتم حلها عن طريق التحكيم الحصري وفقًا لقواعد التحكيم الخاصة بالأونسيترال ، ويكون مقر التحكيم في بيروت – لبنان، وباللغة الإنجليزية.

يحق للمشتركين الانسحاب من شرط التحكيم هذا خلال ٣٠ يومًا من تاريخ التسجيل، عبر إشعار خطي يُرسل بالايميل أو واتساب. وفي حال عدم إرسال الإشعار خلال هذه المدة، يُعد التحكيم الوسيلة الوحيدة والملزمة لتسوية النزاعات.
